Recruitment Specialist

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing
• Support managers in defining their recruitment needs
• Conduct active and proactive sourcing: headhunting, outbound calls, and follow-ups
• Assess candidates’ skills by phone, video conference, and in-person interviews
• Evaluate candidates’ fit with Aramisauto’s business model
• Present and promote the company to candidates
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment function and candidate experience

Requirements

• Initial experience in recruitment (internship or work-study placement)
• Strong interpersonal skills—you adapt to your audience and the communication channel (phone, video, or in person)
• Enjoy a challenge and have an interest in ambitious targets
• Rigorous, organized, and persistent
• Proactive and curious about AI tools
• Proficient in English
