You are talented, authentic, and above all... extraordinary! As a Recruitment Officer (M/F), embark on a mission filled with challenges worthy of the greatest superheroes. Put on your cape, your adventure begins soon in Beauvais (60) for a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in October! Get ready to explore three key areas:

• Recruitment: from sourcing to onboarding! You will conduct needs analysis, post job advertisements, and identify candidates by browsing CV databases...
• Administrative management related to temporary staffing: you will generate contracts, track hours worked, and receive, verify, and forward payroll information...
• Customer relations: You will handle in-person and telephone reception, addressing the various requests and questions from temporary workers, and participate in candidate registrations...

Upon your arrival, a customized onboarding program will be implemented, including support from your manager during your first week to guide you in your new role.

Profile

You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization and results, as well as your responsiveness to ensure the effectiveness of missions. You have good interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with candidates and clients and responding to their needs quickly. You are proactive and comfortable with customer relations. Previous experience in an employment agency or recruitment firm would be an asset. Your ability to appropriate our corporate culture, your sense of service, and your desire to invest in our projects are points to which we will be attentive.
