The group Partnaire We are looking for a Recruitment Officer based in Gironde (M/F). Get ready to explore three key areas:

• Recruitment: from sourcing to integration! You conduct needs analysis, post job postings, identify profiles by browsing CV databases, etc.
• Administrative management related to the delegation of temporary workers: you generate contracts, monitor hours worked, receive/verify/transmit payroll elements, etc.
• Commercial relations: You provide physical and telephone reception by handling various requests and questions from temporary workers, participating in candidate registrations, etc.

Upon your arrival, a tailor-made integration process is put in place to offer you the best conditions for development, including support from the first week with your manager to guide you as you take up your position.
