Recruitment Manager

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Recruitment Director, you will take on a key leadership role, managing a team of recruiters and driving recruitment performance across your business scope. You will be at the heart of our growth, ensuring we attract and hire the talent that powers our success.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters (min 5 team members), fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
• Drive recruitment activity to successfully meet ambitious hiring targets by monitoring and optimizing key KPIs (volume, time-to-hire, quality of hire)
• Manage complex and strategic recruitment processes for critical roles and ensure excellence in sourcing, candidate assessment, and overall candidate experience
• Act as a trusted partner to business managers and directors, aligning recruitment strategies with business priorities
• Contribute actively to employer branding and talent attraction strategies in highly competitive markets

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University
• Proven experience in recruitment within a niche or highly competitive market, requiring proactive sourcing strategies
• Successful experience managing a team of at least 5 people
• Strong understanding of sales profiles or engineering/IT roles
• Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and attract top and hard-to-find talent
• Resilient, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in both French and English, German is a plus
