Job Summary
As Recruiting Coordinator, you will help HyLight attract and hire exceptional talent during a period of rapid growth. You will own the coordination of our recruiting process, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and support hiring managers in building high‑performing teams. This is a 6‑month contract with immediate impact across engineering, operations, and business hiring.
The Mission
- Coordinate end‑to‑end interview scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience.
- Manage job postings across recruiting platforms and maintain our applicant tracking system.
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
- Support hiring managers in organizing interview processes and collecting structured feedback.
- Track recruiting metrics and help improve hiring efficiency.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes through automation and operational excellence.
Profile Sought
Technical Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous and hands‑on in project execution.
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability.
