About the role Figma is looking for a full-cycle recruiter to help scale our EMEA team. You will manage end-to-end hiring processes and build strategies to attract top talent while working from our Paris office.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Business and Go-to-Market departments.
• Collaborate with global business stakeholders and executives, with a primary focus on the EMEA region.
• Build and maintain representative candidate pipelines while managing inbound applicants.
• Use data to inform hiring strategies and provide insights to partners.
• Create sourcing strategies including cold outreach, events, and content creation.
• Promote Figma values throughout the hiring process.
• Identify opportunities to improve business and recruitment operations.
• Lead initiatives related to belonging, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-growth businesses.
• Experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders in the EMEA region.
• Understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including market dynamics and competitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Proven ability to engage and attract top talent.
• Expertise in hiring strategy, including sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder management.
• Native or fluent in French.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in a SaaS company.
• Fluency in German.
