Recruiter (Paris, France)
Overview
Figma is growing our team of creatives and builders to make design accessible to all. Our platform helps teams bring ideas to life—from brainstorming and prototyping to translating designs into code and iterating with AI. This is a full-time role based in our Paris hub on a hybrid basis.
What you’ll do
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes for our Business and Go-to-Market teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams, with a primary focus on EMEA.
- Source and build healthy, representative pipelines while effectively managing inbound pipelines.
- Use data to shape hiring strategy and communicate insights to partners that drive meaningful change.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, including cold outreach, events, and content production.
- Champion Figma values and ensure they are at the forefront of your work.
- Identify opportunities to contribute to business improvements that enhance the overall hiring strategy.
- Orchestrate initiatives relating to belonging, equity, and inclusion (BEI).
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth business with presence across the EMEA region, partnered with VP-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including key competitors and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style based on audience.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and excite top talent, with a track record of building enthusiasm for new opportunities.
- Sophisticated approach to developing a hiring strategy, including sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement/management.
- Native or fluent in French.
Nice to have
- Direct experience within a SaaS company.
- Fluency in German.
