Recruiter - Experienced Hire - in Paris
As a Recruiter within the Experienced Hire Recruitment team, you will play a key role in attracting exceptional consulting talent to Oliver Wyman's France business. Working closely with Practice Group Partners and hiring managers, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding—ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while helping the business achieve its hiring objectives.
You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, building diverse talent pipelines, providing market insight, and delivering an efficient, high‑quality recruitment process that supports the firm's continued growth.

Day-to-day collaborators: Practice Group Partners, Consulting staff, Executive Assistants, HC Services, Talent Management, Operations, Learning & Development and European Recruitment colleagues.

Your Day-to-Day
Deliver end-to‑end experienced hire recruitment
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding for experienced consulting hires across France. Ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with Oliver Wyman's recruitment standards.

Build diverse talent pipelines
Source high‑quality candidates through direct sourcing, employee referrals, applications, networking and external recruitment channels. Develop proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with consulting leadership
Work closely with Partners and hiring managers to define recruitment requirements, manage expectations, provide recruitment updates and advise on market conditions throughout the hiring process.

- Effective communication throughout recruitment campaigns
Coordinate recruitment operations
Manage CV screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, approvals, offer documentation, references and recruitment governance. Maintain accurate recruitment information within Workday and ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes.

Support successful onboarding
Partner with HC Services, Talent Management and Operations to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires transition successfully into the business.

Skills & What You Bring to the Team
- 3–6 years' experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment within an internal recruitment team or executive search firm.
- Experience recruiting experienced professionals within professional services or management consulting is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and building diverse talent pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
