Stellantis & You Germany is the distribution subsidiary of Stellantis, specializing in sales, maintenance, lease and roadside assistance for vehicles across Europe.

The role is for a Reception Clerk in the after‑sales department, located in Grand‑Quevilly.

It is a full‑time CDI with a monthly gross salary of €2,100‑2,400 plus variable bonuses up to €900.

Responsibilities

• Receive and greet customers at the workshop.
• Plan, assign and track work orders to operators.
• Promote sales of products and services.
• Ensure vehicle hand‑over to the client.
• Contribute to revenue development and operational margin growth.
• Maintain and enforce hygiene and safety standards.

Profile

• Minimum Bac+2 or equivalent, or 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of commercial products and techniques.
• Dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and organization.
• Availability and versatility.
