As a Receptionist in one of our mountain accommodations, you are the first point of contact for our guests and the heartbeat of their holiday experience. Your welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems with a smile ensure every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure. You are our ultimate host!

Your Impact

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional, and helpful attitude
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and daily front desk operations
• Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
• Maintain visitor logs and contribute to on-site security
• Support the housekeeping team with planning and coordination
• Complete basic administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What Makes You Shine

You understand that your role goes beyond the desk—you are a key part of what makes a guest’s holiday smooth and memorable. You're organized, friendly, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.

• Have previous experience as a receptionist or in front office operations
• Are fluent in French or Dutch, and speak English confidently
• Are familiar with hospitality operations and office tools (like MS Office)
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Are flexible, reliable, and love working in a team
