Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.

As a receptionist, your duties will include :

• Check-in and check-out according to hotel standards
• Operate the switchboard
• To be responsible for the reception, follow-up and retention of guests in accordance with the hotel's quality criteria and procedures in force
• Take telephone calls for reservations at the two restaurants
• Ensuring top-of-the-range, personalised service for guests throughout their stay
• Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
• Manage the daily till
