Receptionist (f/m/d)

The Hapimag Resort Antibes is located on the charming Côte d’Azur between Nice and Cannes, right by the sea. Beautiful beach promenades, coastline trails and the historic old town are all within easy reach. In addition to its holiday apartments, the resort boasts a beautiful outdoor pool, a cosy wellness area and an honesty shop.

Your smile is our visit card! To support our front office team, we are looking for a committed and friendly person with a warm heart for the coming season (April to September) who will inspire our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable stay.

What you can expect

• Looking after and advising our guests during their stay
• Check-in/check-out
• General guest correspondence and taking reservations
• Creating customer information and weekly programmes and assisting with the management of the honesty shop

What you bring along

• Completed training plus, ideally, professional experience in a similar role;
• However, career changers are welcome
• Good German and English skills are required, French and Italian are a great advantage
• Proficiency and experience with PC applications, preferably also with hotel software
• Cheerful and hospitable personality
