Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Sachin. The Receptionist will handle front desk responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties is required to manage incoming calls and assist visitors professionally.
- Proven Clerical Skills, including managing records, booking appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Ability to maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor in an office environment.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in office software and tools is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
