RECEPTION MANAGER - 1 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (REPLACEMENT)

The hotel Belle-Vue is looking for a Head Receptionist on a 1-month fixed-term contract, as part of a replacement. Position available within one week, starting September 21, 2026. You will be responsible for the reception of a 3-star hotel located opposite the Old Port of Marseille, and will supervise the existing team during the interim period. Responsibilities include: Supervising and scheduling the reception team (day and night shifts); welcoming and assisting French and international guests; managing arrivals/departures, billing, and cash handling; monitoring reservations, yield management, and online travel agencies (OTAs); daily closing procedures and cash reconciliation; handling customer complaints and feedback; inventory management and liaison with other departments (housekeeping, bar/restaurant). A degree in hospitality (BTS or equivalent) or equivalent experience in reception is required. Availability is required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Immediate start date essential (within 1 week).

• Base salary €1,900 net per month
• Continuous shifts, 2 consecutive days off
