Reception Manager

Do you love the buzz of a busy hotel, the energy of the mountains, and creating great guest experiences from the moment people walk through the door?

We’re looking for a Reception Manager to join us at Langley Hotel Tango in Val Thorens for the winter season. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead the reception team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and make sure our guests feel welcome, informed, and well taken care of throughout their stay.

You’ll be right at the heart of the hotel, working closely with the restaurant, bar, housekeeping, kitchen and you are a part of the hotel management team. With après‑ski, dinner service, check‑ins, guest requests, and mountain‑life all happening around you every day will be different.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead and support the reception team, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, manage guest requests, support bookings and upselling, and make sure communication between guests, teams, and head office runs smoothly. You’ll also help create a warm, professional, and energetic atmosphere that reflects the Langley experience.

We’re looking for someone who

Has experience from hotel reception or a similar guest‑facing leadership role, enjoys leading a team, stays calm when things get busy, and brings a positive, solution‑focused attitude. You’re structured, hands‑on, confident in English, and ready for a fast‑paced winter season in the French Alps. French and/or Swedish is a plus.
