Real-time Firmware/Middleware Engineer for Humanoid Robots

UMA is building general-purpose humanoid robots with real-time firmware and middleware at the core. This role centers on developing middleware layers that enable reliable communication between joints, sensors and actuators, safely in real time.

You will design real-time protocols, implement safety checks, and collaborate with control, hardware, and AI teams to move systems from prototype to production. A hands-on, ownership mindset is essential to drive reliable motion.
