Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• You will become ALB's main contact in your area.
• Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
• Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
• Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / fieldwork).

Qualifications

• Persuasiveness: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your willingness to learn and to do a great job.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a strong organization with proven processes.
