Job Summary
The “Assistant Real Estate Project Manager” intern provides support to or works directly alongside a Project Manager on a wide range of projects, including new developments, redevelopment, and restructuring/renovation.
The assigned tasks are diverse and include the following:
- Technical, functional, and environmental project programming.
- Consultation, selection, and management of technical service providers.
- Oversight of acquisition audits and due diligence processes.
- Operational supervision during project implementation, handover of buildings, and warranty management.
- Administrative, contractual, and financial oversight of the projects being managed.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is nearing the end of their engineering program or holds a university degree at the master’s level.
The candidate is eager to join an ambitious organization and is seeking to work within a close-knit, collaborative, and supportive team.
Proficiency in office software tools, including Microsoft Office, is required.
Fluency in English in a professional context is necessary.
Additional Information
Location: Paris. Travel within the Île-de-France region and occasional travel within mainland France may be required.
