Real Estate Private Equity Analyst Intern (all genders) - PGIM

WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Intern Analyst will work on a wide range of deals, including direct and operational real estate. The Intern will be involved in the full investment process and will assist with acquisition, asset management, portfolio management and disposition duties. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Real estate valuation analysis & Excel cash-flow modelling
• Market research
• Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
• Assisting with legal negotiations, due diligence and execution of transactions
• Assisting with leasing and execution of works
• Drafting memoranda and presentations for internal and external use

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Student from a leading business or engineering school
• Excellent English and French communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects
• Ability to function in a team-oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task on complex structures/deals with the ability to set priorities
