This role is vital for developing AI that supports the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training data sets covering property law, real estate transactions (residential and commercial), zoning ordinances, and land use regulations.
• Develop scenarios and examples related to purchase agreements, leases, easements, deeds, title issues, and environmental regulations affecting property.
• Review and validate AI‑generated advice, contracts, and analyses concerning real estate law for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate real estate documents, legal opinions, and regulatory guidance with precise legal terminology and contextual insights.
• Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to interpret complex property statutes, identify relevant precedents, and apply real estate principles correctly.

Ideal Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience specializing in real estate law, including transactional, litigation, or land use aspects.
• Deep expertise in property law, contract law as it applies to real estate, and local/state zoning and land use regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating real estate agreements, conducting due diligence, or advising on property disputes.
• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate complex property documents and legal descriptions.
• Strong written communication skills to create clear, accurate, and detailed training materials.
