Real Estate Broker

Build transaction exercises and evaluate decisions about agency, disclosure and negotiation. Explain the market and contractual reasoning behind each step from listing to closing.

What you will do

• Write cases involving offers, inspections, financing and closing.
• Develop reference answers that make contractual obligations explicit.
• Assess AI output for accuracy and compliance with agency and disclosure rules.
• Identify apparently sensible advice that would breach a broker’s obligations.

Required background

• An active real-estate broker licence in at least one US state.
• At least two years handling residential or commercial transactions.
• Detailed knowledge of contracts, disclosures, agency duties and negotiation.
• Clear written English and availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred background

• Managing-broker or brokerage-ownership experience.
• Residential and commercial work or licensing across states.

Availability

• Remote and asynchronous; minimum 10 hours each week.

Pay and engagement

$84 $126/hr

All amounts are in USD. The rate, task scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
