Real Estate Advisor – Property Concierge Services

• Become ALB’s local representative in your area
• Identify and onboard new properties for management
• Manage a portfolio of properties, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unusual accommodations
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance
• Manage relationships with property owners and guests
• Organize your schedule independently and work partly remotely and in the field

Requirements

• Self-employed status
• Strong persuasive and communication skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodations
• Open to candidates from all backgrounds and professional experience
• Willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work
• Ability to organize your schedule independently
• Availability to work in the field and in a client‑facing role
• Comprehensive in‑house training provided
