Real Estate Advisor

• Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations
• Become the ALB point of contact for your area
• Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services
• Manage relationships with property owners and guests
• Organize your schedule independently
• Work partly remotely and partly in the field

Requirements

• Independent contractor status
• Strong persuasive and relationship-building skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation
• Open to candidates from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other professional background
• Willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work
• Ability to organize your time independently
• Comfortable with a combination of remote and field-based work
• No specific degree or prior experience explicitly required
