Real Estate Advisor

Responsibilities

• You will become ALB's local point of contact for your area.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations...).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relationships with owners and guests).
• Organize your time and work where you want (partial remote / field-based).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and do a great job is what matters.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.

Demonstrates strong persuasive skills to effectively manage property owner relationships and onboard new properties while maintaining autonomy in scheduling and operations. Capable of managing a diverse portfolio with a focus on organization and efficiency.
