Ready-to-Eat Project Manager - Fresh Produce

We are working with a leading tropical fruit business in France, looking for an experienced Fresh Produce professional to lead the development and growth of their dedicated Ready-to-Eat Mango and Avocado business.

This is a commercially-focused role with responsibility for establishing and overseeing the Ready-to-Eat operation, including the ripening process, operational coordination, supplier management and commercial development . The successful candidate will provide cross-functional leadership between sales, import, quality and supply chain teams to ensure the category delivers against customer expectations while achieving strong commercial performance.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience within Fresh Produce, ideally combining commercial, operational and/or ripening expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Agronomy, Agriculture or a related discipline .
• Strong experience with Avocados or Mangos is required for this position.
• Proven commercial and business development capabilities, with a strong understanding of ripening operations, quality and Fresh Produce supply chains.
• Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, technical, quality and supply chain teams.
• Fluent English & French is required. Spanish and/or German would be advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
