General Mission

The Operations Group Lead directly impacts the company’s results by effectively managing the human and material resources assigned to them. They ensure team development to guarantee service quality and reinforce the application of Safety, Security, and Quality standards on site.

Key Activities

The Operations Group Lead for Reactor Service will have an operational team of between 10 to 20 people, ranging from technician level 1 to Project Manager. The team is accountable for onsite operation project execution within the “Special Project” entity, primarily handling the Television Inspection contract for Fuel inspection and assistance with the opening and closing of the Vessel. They also ensure customer satisfaction and execute activities as required per the customer contract.

The managed operational team is fully remote and operates in France (95%) or occasionally in the ELA region. The Lead is consequently mobile and has the flexibility to go onsite to ensure team performance as required.
