Role :RCU (Customer Repository) Project Manager

NOTE We will need both English and French CVs of the associate.------RCU Project ManagementGather, analyze, and challenge business needs related to customer data management.Define the RCU roadmap in collaboration with business and IT teams.

Lead implementation, evolution, or migration projects for the customer repository.

Organize and facilitate project committees and governance bodies.Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and action plans.

Ensure coordination between various stakeholders business teams, IT, data, CRM, marketing, sales, customer service, external partners, etc.

Customer Data ManagementEnsure the quality, consistency, and reliability of customer data.Define and monitor rules for data management, deduplication, and standardization.Contribute to the implementation of data governance processes.

Define KPIs and data quality indicators.Ensure compliance with GDPR and data security regulations.Technical and Functional CoordinationWork with technical teams on data flows, interfaces, and APIs.

Contribute to architecture and tool selection related to Master Data Management (MDM) or RCU.Write business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.Lead testing, acceptance, and deployment phases.Support change management and adoption of new processes.Business SupportRaise awareness among teams about data quality and governance.Train users and produce functional documentation.

Act as a consultantadvisor to business departments.Profile RequiredEducationBachelors degree 45 (Masters level) in IT, data, project management, or business school with a digitaldata specialization.ExperienceSignificant experience in ITData project management.

Experience with RCU, CRM, MDM, data governance, or customer data repository projects is preferred.Experience in complex, multi-application environments.

Required SkillsFunctional Skills:

Strong understanding of customer data and data quality issues.Knowledge of RCU, MDM, CRM, and data governance concepts.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, V-cycle, hybrid).

Understanding of GDPR and data protection challenges.Ability to formalize business needs and produce functional deliverables.

Technical SkillsUnderstanding of IT architectures and data flows.

Knowledge of APIs, ETL, and data integration tools.Proficiency in office and project management tools.Familiarity with MDM CRM CDP tools preferred (Informatica, Semarchy, Salesforce, Adobe, Talend, etc.).
