KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain internal applications using rapid development frameworks.
- Build reusable components, automation scripts, and micro‑features to improve operational efficiency.
- Modernize legacy tools (Excel/VBA, Access, scripts) into robust and scalable applications.
- Integrate applications with existing systems.
- Work with APIs, data models, and SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, IT Support, and Production teams.
- Support testing cycles (NRT, integration tests) and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Participate in Shared Apps demo & knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and cyber posture standards.
- Contribute to documentation (Confluence, internal wiki, architecture notes).
- Provide L2/L3 support for internally developed applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and willingness to work in a multi‑application environment.
BONUS
- Experience in financial services or post‑trade systems.
EDUCATION & BACKGROUND
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years in application development, automation, or low‑code platforms.
