Rapid Application Developer (RAD) - XP 3 à 7

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications using rapid development frameworks.
• Build reusable components, automation scripts, and micro‑features to improve operational efficiency.
• Modernize legacy tools (Excel/VBA, Access, scripts) into robust and scalable applications.
• Integrate applications with existing systems.
• Work with APIs, data models, and SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, IT Support, and Production teams.
• Support testing cycles (NRT, integration tests) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Participate in Shared Apps demo & knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and cyber posture standards.
• Contribute to documentation (Confluence, internal wiki, architecture notes).
• Provide L2/L3 support for internally developed applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and willingness to work in a multi‑application environment.

• Experience in financial services or post‑trade systems.

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years in application development, automation, or low‑code platforms.
