Porsche Sprint Challenge / Porsche Cup

As part of the preparations for the 2027 season, I'm looking for a motivated and experienced race engineer to join me in the Porsche Cup in the Porsche Sprint Challenge championship.

Profile required

• Experience in Porsche Cup / GT / single-seaters highly appreciated
• Solid data analysis skills (MoTeC, AIM, etc.)
• Ability to optimise chassis set‑ups and overall performance
• Excellent communication skills with driver and team
• Rigour, autonomy and a competitive spirit
• Availability throughout the season (testing + races)

Mission

• Analysing data and driver feedback
• Preparation and optimisation of car settings
• Strategic support during race weekends
• Working closely with the team to maximise performance
• Objective: performance, progress and results

A serious, structured project with a medium-term vision and a clear desire to perform well in the championship.
