R&D Technician

To support the ongoing development of our Innovation Platforms related to Boundless Barrier, Transparency and Safe Repellency, we propose adding an R&D Technician position to the team with a focus on next-generation barrier coating solutions.
Primary objectives for the role:

• Accelerate the characterization of samples during intensive trials and analysis campaign related to projects of the platforms.
• Be agile to manage several activities in parallel according to priorities.
• Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations for new ideas.

Work content will include:

• Planning and executing experiments related to prototyping.
• Carrying out sample characterization, including physical and chemical assessments.
• Analyzing results in collaboration with the R&D team.
• Reporting findings in a clear and structured manner.

Candidate requirements:

• Preferably holds an MSc/Bachelor in chemistry, physics, material science, or a related field relevant to papermaking.
• Experience with paper coating processes.
• Sufficient proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
