R&D Platform Director - Global Food Company

We are currently working with a global food company who are looking for a Director of Research, Innovation and Development across 3 product portfolios globally.

You will be reporting into the VP of R&D globally and sit within executive level leadership for the team of 30 people. You will work with various General Managers and Partners to drive innovation globally for the product categories whilst getting the opportunity to be hands on with the products themselves.

Requirements:

• 15 years experience in R&D within Food & Beverage manufacturing industry
• Degree in Food science, food processing or food related degree
• Experienced managing teams and working in a matrix organisation
