Position type: Full-time. Shift: On site. Employment: Employee.

The next program will start in October 2026 and will contain 3 international rotations across Amcor plants & offices in Europe. The contract location will depend on the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of R&D systems, tools, and operational processes across Europe
• Contribute to cross‑functional European projects with other functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, IT, Sustainability, Operations, Product Management)
• Interface between business stakeholders and system/process owners to translate operational needs into structured, practical solutions
• Align data and analytics initiatives with business priorities to enable fact‑based decision‑making
• Support change management activities by preparing and delivering documentation, training materials, and communication for new or improved systems and processes
• Rotate across projects and focus areas within R&D Operations to explore interests, develop strengths, and shape future career direction

Education & Experience

• Master’s/Honours degree in Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Data Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Evidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities
• Up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience in an industrial, engineering, R&D, or operations environment
• First international study or work experience as an asset
• Exposure to cross‑functional projects, data analysis, or process improvement activities is an advantage

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to understand end‑to‑end processes
• Interest in IT systems and data, with basic knowledge of SQL, programming concepts, databases, and/or data modelling
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and/or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is nice to have

• Fluency in English. Any other European language is an advantage

Program Duration & Structure

This is an 18‑month Graduate Program with 3 international rotations across Amcor plants & offices in Europe.
