Yourmissions :

As part of the growth of our business, we are looking for an R&D Mechanical Engineer to lead new equipment and feature development projects, from initial needs assessment through to final validation.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation, technical expertise, and collaboration are at the heart of our success. As a member of the R&D team, you will be responsible for innovation projects and the development of new mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Design & Technical Expertise

• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Design and develop innovative mechanical solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Perform mechanical engineering studies, including calculations, sizing, 3D design, and technical documentation.
• Validate concepts through simulations, prototyping, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
• Select components and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Oversee testing, validation, commissioning, and support the industrialization of equipment.
• Contribute to innovation through technology monitoring, the development of new concepts, and the mentoring of interns.

2. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead development projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved while proactively managing technical risks.
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee outsourced activities when required.

Yourprofile :

Your Profile :

You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have at least 3 years of proven experience in the design and development of special-purpose machinery or industrial equipment.

You have strong expertise in mechanical design and 3D CAD, ideally using Autodesk Inventor, as well as a solid understanding of project management methodologies. Knowledge of machine safety standards, sealing technologies, and operation in demanding industrial environments is expected.

Exposure to robotics would be considered a plus. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
