R&D leader - Dairy Ingredients (m/f/d)

We are currently working with a global dairy company within their international food ingredients business who are currently looking for an R&D leader following a planned restructure to allow for upcoming growth.

You will be reporting in to the global director of R&D and be responsible for driving innovation, product development and executing R&D strategy for the dairy ingredients business.

Role

• Drive innovation projects from concept through to commercialisation across protein and dairy ingredient applications.
• Manage and develop a team of scientists, product developers and technical experts.
• Working with external stakeholders, translating market insights and technical requirements into commercial solutions

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within R&D, product development, innovation in the food, dairy, ingredients or nutrition sector
• Experience delivering products from conception to industrial production and commercial success.
• Degree qualified in food science, dairy technology or related scientific discipline.
• English speaking is a must
