R&D Engineer: Scale-Up for Circular Nylon Recycling

Syntetica in Paris is seeking a hands-on R&D engineer who thrives where science meets scale. You’ll own reactions that run at meaningful volumes and shape the design of our pilot plant by generating data to optimize the depolymerization process.

You’ll collaborate with R&D and Engineering, document experiments, and drive operating conditions, temperatures, and purification steps to translate laboratory results into industrial reality. Fluency in English is important; French is a plus.
