R&D Engineer – Micro-Packaging

Main Responsibilities

• Manage new product introduction projects within a team of 7, from pre-study through to industrialisation and production line monitoring
• Contribute materials expertise to the technical design of microsystem assemblies and help define new technologies
• Support operational teams on processes and raw materials, and maintain interfaces with cross-functional departments
• Monitor industry developments and maintain an up-to-date view of trends and opportunities in your field
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners in line with confidentiality requirements
• Contribute to the drafting and completion of technical documentation

Required Profile

• Engineering degree in materials, physics, industrial process engineering or mechanical engineering
• Skills in polymer materials; knowledge of micromodule assembly, electronic documents or biometric identification is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Project, basic AutoCAD, statistical tools and design of experiments (Statgraphics or equivalent)
• English at CEFR B2 / TOEIC 785 level
