R&D Development Engineer: Product Innovation & Validation

Sartorius is seeking a SU Development Engineer to conduct research and development activities, applying theories and models to experiments. The role will summarize results and communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring high-quality product design and manufacturability.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree in Engineering or Science and at least seven years of product design experience, with strong hands-on lab skills and a disciplined approach to documentation and IP development.
