Quantity Surveyor

• Analyze engineering drawings, 3D models, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Compare engineering quantities with the reference “sold” quantities to remain within the contractual budget
• Investigate and analyze quantity overruns
• Liaise with engineering disciplines to identify the root cause of variances
• Prepare and distribute monthly quantity and cost reports
• Support the subcontracting team in preparing tenders for construction and works packages
• Review and verify material quantities and values defined during the tendering process
• Conduct comparative analyses using historical data from previous projects

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Adaptability
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to travel within the Île-de-France region
