This is not a traditional management role—you will lead a small squad of senior/expert quants while remaining actively involved in research, development, and implementation of pricing models. You will set technical direction, unblock complex challenges, and ensure models are delivered to production quality. **What You’ll Do**
- Lead a team of 3 senior/expert quants, providing guidance and technical support
- Research, design, and implement pricing models and payoffs
- Deliver production-grade implementations used by clients
- Make technical decisions independently to ensure correct, robust, and efficient models
- Develop fast, stable, and scalable algorithms
- Own the full lifecycle: mathematical formulation → implementation → delivery
- Contribute to team structure, knowledge sharing, and methodological standards**What We’re Looking For**
- 7–8+ years’ experience in quantitative finance
- Strong knowledge of pricing models and payoffs
- Proven hands-on experience implementing pricing models (not just validation)
- Experience in Interest Rates or FX (one required; Equity is a plus)
- Ability to lead and challenge senior/expert quants in a small, high-responsibility team
- Coding experience in any language (Python a plus, but not mandatory)
- Stochastic calculus, numerical methods, and derivative pricing models
- Degree in mathematics, finance, physics, engineering, or equivalent
