Your Role
Data sits at the centre of the investment and execution process. Intraday price dynamics, order flow and market microstructure data are key inputs into research and trading. The Data team builds the datasets and production pipelines that make this data usable, reliable and scalable across the platform.
As a Quant Developer / Quant Engineer, you will work alongside quantitative researchers to integrate new data sources, develop predictive features, and turn research workflows into robust production pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with quant researchers on feature design and implementation.
Build, scale and maintain production-grade feature extraction pipelines.
Implement controls arounddata quality, monitoring and operational reliability.
Contribute to the deployment and support ofmachine learning modelsin a research and production setting.
Own a number of datasets end-to-end, fromingestion and validationthrough todelivery and support
Your Skills
5+ years’ experiencein aQuant DevelopmentorQuant Engineeringrole.
Master’s degreeinComputer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable quantitative field.
Excellent coding skills inPython and/or C++.
Experience withPandas, Spark, Polars, or similar data processing frameworks.
Ability to work across on-prem and AWS-based Linux environments, with skills in shell scripting and Git.
Strong analytical skills and sound engineering judgement.
Comfortable working in close partnership withresearch teams.
Able to operate effectively in ademanding, fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with tick-level / tick-by-tick market data.
