Quality Technician (f/m/d) 12 month FTC
Responsibilities
- Collect samples of raw materials, fibers, and nonwoven materials used on the production line.
- Perform quality tests on samples, including moisture content, viscosity, fiber analysis, and specific nonwoven tests (tensile strength, basis weight distribution, thickness, heat deformation, dimensional stability, nail tear resistance, etc.).
- Enter analysis data and test results into the dedicated project database.
- Identify, label, and archive samples in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and applicable standards as part of a continuous improvement approach.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of chemistry, polymers and Materials Science.
- Experience with quality control and measurement tools.
- Good understanding of management system standards including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- Strong interest in digital tools and technologies.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to contribute to continuous improvement projects.
