Quality Technician (f/m/d) 12 month FTC

Responsibilities

• Collect samples of raw materials, fibers, and nonwoven materials used on the production line.
• Perform quality tests on samples, including moisture content, viscosity, fiber analysis, and specific nonwoven tests (tensile strength, basis weight distribution, thickness, heat deformation, dimensional stability, nail tear resistance, etc.).
• Enter analysis data and test results into the dedicated project database.
• Identify, label, and archive samples in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and applicable standards as part of a continuous improvement approach.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of chemistry, polymers and Materials Science.
• Experience with quality control and measurement tools.
• Good understanding of management system standards including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Strong interest in digital tools and technologies.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to contribute to continuous improvement projects.
