Quality Specialist Manufacturing - fixed-term contract / Ingénieur qualité production CDD (H/F)

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract for a Production Quality Engineer. Responsibilities include maintaining and implementing GE Healthcare’s Quality Policy and Quality Management System at the Buc manufacturing site in France. You will support design transfer and production teams for product continuity activities, provide support to the quality management process, and lead continuous improvement of quality compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Create a Quality culture by leading compliance activities for GEHC medical device products at the Buc manufacturing site.
• Ensure ongoing patient safety and regulatory compliance of GE Healthcare products by providing full support to the Quality Management System process in accordance with documented procedures and practices.
• Responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Total Quality Management System, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while maintaining effective deployment and efficiency of processes.
• Promote product and process improvement through root cause analysis and the CAPA process.
• Perform tasks supporting design transfer and production teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate information effectively; develop skills to build team consensus around total quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree (BAC +5) or equivalent in a technical or quality-related field.
• Knowledge of medical device standards (ISO 13485, 21 CFR, IEC 60601-1, etc.).
• Technical skills in manufacturing quality.
• Fluent in English and French.
