Job Family : Customer Quality (CSC)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality Resident Engineer in the Stellantis customer plant in Rennes.

The Quality Resident Engineer acts as the on‑site quality interface between the supplier and the customer at the Stellantis Rennes (35) plant. Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary quality interface with the customer.
• Detect, analyze, and resolve quality and engineering issues on‑site.
• Implement and monitor containment actions to prevent defective parts from reaching production.
• Coordinate sorting and rework activities when needed.
• Investigate non‑conformities, perform inspections, and provide accurate reporting.
• Support corrective and preventive action plans and ensure follow‑up.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate findings internally.
• Build strong relationships with customer teams and provide ongoing technical support.

Requirements

• Bac+2 diploma
• A first experience in the automotive field is preferred
