Quality & Regulatory Excellence Leader

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Director, Quality and Regulatory Affairs to lead the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Department for the hospital(s) within the system. The role focuses on quality improvement and regulatory compliance across CMS, NYSDOH, and Joint Commission standards.

The successful candidate will design and oversee program goals, supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive data-driven improvements while ensuring alignment with system and hospital strategic initiatives.
