Quality Operation Intern

Forvia, pour une mobilité technologique et durable Pionniers dans les technologies favorisant les expériences de mobilité qui comptent pour vous. Votre mission, rôle et responsabilités Support the Group’s Total Customer Satisfaction and Quality department in the area of operational quality.

• Liaise with other Group functions o System Quality o Continuous improvement, Lean Manufactuting with our Faurecia Excellence System (FES) o Finance o Industrial o IT Organization o Logistics o Digital
• Coordinate the Business Groups’ quality network o Organize monthly reviews o Monitor documentation and action plans o Support for Business Groups and other functions o Organization of on-site events o Consolidation and preparation of reports
• Project management: o Operations o Definition and improvement of quality tools in line with the defined strategy o Drafting of procedures (with the necessary experts) o Deployment of quality tools (training, support for pilot sites, etc.)
• Digital o Automation and task optimization projects within the quality function (reporting, dashboarding, etc.) o Technical projects on defect identification (vision systems, analysis and decision-making, etc.) o Project to use machine data to improve processes o Project to develop dedicated applications (AI, Power BI, etc.) Profil et compétences requises pour réussir
• Engineering school
• Experience in the automotive industry (is a plus)
• Specific technical skills: o Knowledge of industrial quality o Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, Python)
• Specific non-technical skills: o Interest in IT development (big data, AI) o Communication o Organization o Agility
