Quality Manager, GMP Lab Ops & Compliance

Phagos seeks an ambitious Quality Manager to bridge fast-paced biotech innovation with rigorous regulatory compliance. You will design and implement a comprehensive QMS, lead internal audits, and oversee supplier qualification to ensure top quality across all operations.

You will manage GMP lab setup, participate in global submissions, and establish defensible batch release procedures. Fluent English and 3–4 years in regulated environments are required to drive continuous improvement.
