- Oversee quality control processes covering raw materials, production and finished products.
- Monitor quality and food safety KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead investigations into non-conformities, complaints and quality incidents using structured root cause analysis methodologies.

Customer & Supplier Quality
- Manage quality-related customer complaints and lead effective resolution plans.
- Support supplier approval, qualification and performance monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to continuously improve quality and food safety standards throughout the supply chain.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive initiatives focused on quality excellence, food safety and operational efficiency.
- Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality and compliance perspective.
- Promote risk-based thinking and preventive actions across all sites.
Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to quality teams across four manufacturing sites.
- Deliver training on food safety, hygiene, GMP and quality standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to site management teams and senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in a Quality Management role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation and food safety management systems.

- Competitive salary package of €72,000 - €80,000.
