Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate the organization's quality approach
• Ensure consistency at all levels of the organization and its environment
• Lead the quality management system within a continuous improvement framework
• Advise stakeholders across the organization
• Manage the quality system by defining and measuring performance indicators in accordance with ISO 9001
• Monitor customer satisfaction by conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and making recommendations
• Conduct internal and external audits in collaboration with operational teams
• Advise and support teams on management system matters
• Lead risk analysis and recommend action plans
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure regulatory monitoring

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering or Master) in Quality, Project Management, or Process Optimization
• Minimum 5 years' experience in quality and project coordination
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Dynamic and meticulous; comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
