Quality & GMP Lab Operations Leader

Phagos in Île-de-France is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to design and implement a QMS for rapid production growth and a new veterinary lab, ensuring global standards are met.

You will lead GMP lab qualification, supplier audits, and batch release, while training the team and integrating quality early in development to prevent issues. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced biotech environment with strong documentation practices and English fluency.
