About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Director to lead the growth, transformation, and delivery of strategic Quality Engineering engagements through innovative managed Quality Services across the Dutch, Belgian, and French markets. As the executive owner of your portfolio, you will be accountable for business development, P&L performance, service delivery excellence, and long-term client success while driving profitable growth across strategic accounts.

In this senior leadership role, you will oversee large-scale Quality Engineering managed services and AI-driven Quality Engineering transformation programs. You will define the delivery strategy for globally distributed organizations, leading onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams while ensuring contractual commitments, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with executive client stakeholders, you will shape long-term Quality Engineering transformation roadmaps, accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled Quality Services including intelligent test automation, GenAI-powered Quality Engineering, Quality Intelligence, and AI-driven test optimization and position NTT DATA as a trusted strategic partner for Quality Engineering transformation.

Your role:

Business Development & Account Growth

• Drive business growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France by identifying, qualifying, and developing strategic opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Develop account growth strategies and contribute to the expansion of NTT DATA's Quality Engineering portfolio.
• Drive the strategic evolution of NTT DATA's Quality Engineering portfolio by identifying market opportunities, defining go-to-market initiatives, and aligning offerings with client needs and industry trends.
• Lead the complete opportunity lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and solution shaping through commercial negotiations, contract signature, and successful delivery.
• Lead complex RFP responses by defining innovative Quality Engineering service offerings, AI-enabled delivery models, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of Quality Engineering offerings, strategic partnerships, and AI-enabled service capabilities to strengthen NTT DATA's market differentiation.
• Position NTT DATA as a trusted long-term partner, promoting Quality Engineering managed services, AI-enabled Quality Services, and digital quality transformation.
• Secure contract renewals, negotiate contract extensions, and strengthen long-term strategic client relationships.
• Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with C-level stakeholders, business leaders, and decision-makers

Global Service Delivery & AI Transformation

• Define and lead the global delivery strategy for large-scale Quality Engineering managed services, ensuring contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, quality objectives, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Govern globally distributed delivery organizations by leading multidisciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery centers.
• Drive the modernization of Quality Engineering through AI-enabled capabilities, including GenAI-powered Quality Services, intelligent test automation, Quality Intelligence, and AI-driven test optimization.
• Define and execute the AI adoption strategy across Quality Engineering services, driving the adoption of intelligent automation, GenAI, and Quality Intelligence capabilities to improve productivity, software quality, operational efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardized Quality Engineering practices, automation, innovation, and industrialized Quality Engineering delivery models.

Financial Management, Governance & Practice Leadership

• Own the financial performance of the portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, delivery margins, forecasting, resource optimization, and sustainable business growth.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs, measuring business outcomes and ROI generated through AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives.
• Lead executive governance and steering committees, providing strategic direction, performance reporting, risk management, and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure effective contract governance, compliance, service quality, and optimization across the portfolio.
• Drive the strategic evolution and governance of the Quality Engineering portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities, market trends, and client expectations.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary Quality Engineering teams, fostering capability development, talent growth, succession planning, and a high-performance culture.
• Own the continuous evolution of NTT DATA's Quality Engineering practice by developing methodologies, standards, best practices, accelerators, reusable assets, AI-enabled services, delivery capabilities, and innovative client offerings.

Market Leadership

• Contribute to market visibility through thought leadership, executive presentations, client workshops, and participation in strategic industry events.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to evolve NTT DATA's Quality Engineering portfolio and AI-enabled service offerings.
• Define the innovation roadmap for Quality Engineering services by promoting emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, strategic partnerships, and the continuous evolution of NTT DATA's Quality Engineering portfolio.
